User Data Deletion Request

TRYINOTECH is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your personal data. If you have used any of our apps or services and would like your data to be deleted from our systems, we offer a simple process to help you do that.

To request data deletion, please send an email to privacy@tryinotech.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In the body of the email, include your full name, the email address you used while using our app or service, and the name of the app or service you interacted with. You may also share any additional information that could help us locate your data in our systems. Although it is not necessary to provide a reason for deletion, you are welcome to do so if you wish.

After receiving your request, we will review and verify your identity to ensure your data is handled securely. If needed, we may contact you for confirmation. Once your identity is verified, we will proceed to delete your personal data from our records. This process is typically completed within seven business days. Please note that in some cases, we may be legally obligated to retain certain information, which we will inform you about if applicable.

This process is designed to comply with global data privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and platform-specific policies like those from Google Play and Apple App Store.
